For over 25 years TUCKER GLOBAL has served as a prime intelligence contractor for both acknowledged and unacknowledged Department of Defense Special Access Programs. Apollo specializes in investigating and enforcing actions against global financial crimes. By analyzing suspicious banking activities, they uncover critical intelligence that helps expose organized crime syndicates, human trafficking networks, international drug cartels, black market arms dealers, and terrorist cells. Apollo officers go beyond data analysis—they are involved in every phase of the operation, including on-the-ground fieldwork. Wherever the evidence points, they relentlessly "follow the money trail" to track down the source.

OFFICE OF FOUNDATION OVERSIGHT// Non Profit Investigation

In the interest of American citizens and the U.S. government, the Office conducts independent investigations into corruption, misconduct, and conflicts of interest to foster a more effective, accountable, and ethical nonprofit sector. We work closely with IRS Criminal Investigations and the Office of the Inspector General to hold accountable those who betray the trust placed in them.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS GROUP// Section 5105

Section 5105, a division within the Special Operations Group, is responsible for carrying out classified projects commonly referred to as "special activities." These projects are initiated based on the needs of any of the 18 components of the US Intelligence Community. Clandestine operations often involve contracted personnel operating under nonofficial cover and require individuals with highly specialized skills.

With over two decades of experience, Tucker Global Initiatives (TGI) is a key partner in combating global criminal activity. As part of a multilateral alliance with other intelligence agencies and contractors, TGI leverages innovative problem-solving and proactive strategic and tactical interventions to deliver actionable intelligence to relevant authorities.

Director of Operations

Bruce W. Tucker

A former clandestine HUMINT contractor, Tucker now leads Tucker Global Initiatives (TGI).

He was the only officer personally recruited and trained by the head of Contracted Clandestine Services, frequently stepping in as interim director. During his tenure, Tucker introduced policies and procedures that enhanced the efficiency and sustainability of counterdrug operations, many of which are now standard operating procedures.

As an infiltration specialist, Tucker’s expertise lies in clandestine human intelligence (HUMINT) collection, using advanced psychological tradecraft to embed himself within target organizations or individuals' lives to gather critical information. His efforts have led to the dismantling of drug cartels, human trafficking networks, black market arms dealers, and organized crime groups. Recognized for his service within the U.S. Intelligence Community, Tucker has received numerous accolades, including the Presidential Award for Excellence from both President Bush in 1992 and 2008.

Deputy Director, Apollo Limited NCS, Los Angeles

Micha West

A Specialized Skills Officer with over 20 years of experience working on high-risk paramilitary contracts within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Trained in covert operations, tactical warfare, and unconventional problem-solving, West has executed missions in conflict zones across the globe, often in environments of extreme volatility and danger.

A key part of West's role involved gathering actionable intelligence through reconnaissance missions and deep cover infiltrations, which allowed him to support the development and execution of strategic plans. This work required proficiency in handling specialized weaponry, tactical driving, evasion, and advanced surveillance techniques to ensure operational success and safety.

In recognition of his service, West has been awarded several commendations for valor and excellence in operational leadership.

Section 5105 Contract Facilitation

Michael Reaves

Reaves specialized in paramilitary operations, which involved direct-action missions, counterterrorism efforts, and clandestine support to special operations forces.

His responsibilities often included organizing and leading highly sensitive raids targeting terrorist cells, high-value targets, and insurgent leaders. Reaves also played a key role in training and advising foreign military units, enhancing their tactical capabilities to combat organized crime and insurgent threats within their regions.

Known for his calm demeanor under pressure and strategic foresight, Reaves has been instrumental in the planning and execution of joint operations with international intelligence and military units. His contributions have led to the successful disruption of criminal networks, and the rescue of hostages held by extremist groups. Reaves has been awarded numerous commendations over his career.
